We are GLA Approved!
All our Staffsign locations throughout the UK that supply labour to the regulated sectors of food production and agriculture have a GLA licence. So, all our customers, clients and candidates, can rest assured that our recruitment processes are fully compliant with the Gangmaster Licensing Authority. As you may already be aware as from 1st October 2006 it is illegal for an employment agency without a GLA licence to provide labour to the food production labour industry and from 1st December 2006 it is illegal for a company to use staff from agencies who are not GLA approved. The penalties can be substantial and can include a prison sentence. Our Staffsign locations are continually audited to ensure they are up to date with any changing legislation and are one step ahead.
